The Imperial House Foundations - Africa was formed in 2002 initiated by H.M Queen Shebah III with the Federations of African Kingdoms Registered to the Government of Ghana Accra, the Trans-African Internal National Kingdoms Organs. The Imperial House Foundation - USA Decreed by H.M Queen Shebah III and HH Prince Diomande and established in 2004 in the USA, in 2003 a sub-office was formed in South-America/Caribbean under formal representatives, for the step by step building of stronger relationship with Africa and the Americas.

The Imperial House Foundation further expanded to accommodate the Development Construct needs for the Trans-African Agenda with Representatives Intl. Secretariats in Switzerland, Spain, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Austria, were expanded upon established and expanded upon during 2004 - 2006. The Austrian, Liechtenstein, Spain and Turkey representation were placed under the Imperial Sovereigns Swiss Senior Commissioners at the Swiss Office in 2004/5 and expanded upon within Trans-African Development portfolio in mid-2006.

The Foundations over 800 Kingdom Major Royal Sovereigns and over 2000 Sub-Kingdoms Sovereigns Boards representing the Kingdoms within the African Union Community and the ECOWAS Nations in 2006 activated by endorsement of the start protocol the respective support of the Project Infra-Structure Preliminary Completion for Projects physical Realisation Activation.

After the completion of the Preliminary work the Projects was ready for ACTIVATION in:

May 2006 as such the active Development Agenda Protocols could be started.

H.M Queen Shebah III Nominated the activation Country to the Imperial House Foundation President for the Imperial House Africa - USA for the Trans-African Development Agenda start, as being Sudan;-

On 12th - 13th May 2006 the process for Activation and Financing for the Sudan Development Agenda was initiated with the Formal Activation Planned upon the Imperial House Foundation Delegates from Imperial Foundation - Africa and Imperial House Foundation - USA and International Secretariats Delegations visit to Sudan in June 2006.

The Finalisation of the Development Planning was presented and activated on 13th May 2006 after a 5 year period of Formalisation with planning to activate the Agenda in Sudan in 2010.

In January - May 2006 H.M Queen Shebah III went in partial work isolation to focus on the completion of the Agenda to push forward the activation timing. This was fruitful the results was the activation of the Agenda four (4) years earlier than the original expectation of another 4 years to have the Infrastructural Planning to cover the Complete Continent Internal Development and Financing Support Frame-work.

In the mid-1990s prior to the development frame-work design addressed for the future development agenda realisation the H.I.M Empress Shebah - Queen Shebah III expanded the international Corporate Relations in the USA, Europe and China to facilitate the planned agenda of the African Kingdoms Nations towards the development of the African Continent Nations as a unity.

Amongst these International Corporate Alliance Partners was a close friend of the Empress and the future Head of NIT-USA/China CFO Mr. P. N. Hammer the Alliance Partner of the Imperial House Foundation - NIT Financial Corporation and Holdings USA/Europe/Africa/China.

2005 - 2006 The Fruits of the Years of Sacrifice, Suffering and Hard-Work, paid of with in 2005 the finalising of the Financing/Banking/Assets Management infra-structure for the Development Agenda by the Kingdoms for the Financial Agenda Format and the Kingdoms Internal restructuring by Imperial Decree to accommodate the now laid foundation to support the Development Agenda 10.02.06 to activate the internal process for Financing with the USA Foundations/Royal Secretariats.

2005 - 2006 Canadian Foundation affiliate Foundation support accommodated the granting of a few Billions USD Equivalent in Sovereign Bonds towards the Development Construction Agenda. The possibilities of the Bond and such Banking Instruments potential to generate the needed Finance towards the Development Agenda activated, support and initiated the Kingdoms themselves internal to Address the use of internal Assets/Resources to then support the respective African Governments to third party Governments or International Financers for the respect Areas of the Development Agenda. The Bonds were released unused, back to the respective Canadian Foundation after the Financial Structure was set in place by the Kingdoms and International Relations to activate the Long-term Financing of the Agenda, through Kingdoms Assets.

2005 - 2006 H.M Queen Shebah III Decreed the Re-Structuring of the Kingdoms internal Governments, Finance and Banking to address the long-term financing by Africa for Africa of the Trans-African Development Agenda with the in-house and in-ground evaluated assets of designated Kingdom Mines formal Bankable Valuable Assets through African Unity Financial Services Ltd-AUFSL and the Foundation.

2005 - 2006 Finalisation of the International Protocols for Financing form and design by the Kingdoms and Kingdoms international Bankers and Finance Team in Africa/USA. The Kingdoms asset evaluation and designation was established and placed formally to support as well the respective African Governments set financial facilitations towards Financing Support for their respective Development Agenda. The Financial bases were established to support the African Finance request fully and through Africa.

2005 - 2006 Several meetings was held with African Kingdoms Royals and with the Foundations and Kingdom Royals of the Kingdoms Administration Internal to finalise the structuring of the Trans-African; Development Agenda and possibility for Finance support by the Foundation and African Back Finance through Bankable Resources of the Kingdoms.

2005 - 2006 H.M Queen Shebah III places Sudan as the nominated Nation for immediate activation as nominee with the projects for immediate activation within Sudan, in accordance to the Trans-African, and Ghana simultaneous in collaboration with the Ghana Government Ministry of Chieftaincy, planned to be reviewed at a planned African Kingdoms Imperial House Foundation 5 day Summit, June- July 2007, in Accra Ghana. Development Agenda Program on the planned 12th May 2006 meetings of HRH Prince David D. Diomande at the USA on H.I.M Empress Shebah - Queen Shebah III African Kingdoms Decree and the activation of The Trans-African Development Agenda Projects. The Imperial House Foundation and African Kingdoms Imperial Office Internal re-structuring and Development Agenda starting in Sudan was well received and the concept of the program well applauded by the USA.

2006 12th May meetings on H.M Queen Shebah III Kingdoms Decree and Trans-African Development Agenda design was without comments other than applauded approval was accepted, welcome and activated to be initiated in; Sudan to support the Peace Accord and Peace through Development of the Nation of and surrounding Sudan, as Phase one to stability and unity in Africa.

2006 13th May as a result of the successful meeting of 12th May of HRH Prince David D. Diomande IHF Africa/USA President, meetings were immediately set in the USA with Imperial House Foundation-USA to address the matters of the initial financing for the Sudan Kassala State, SAR - Sudan States Projects. The Sudan Projects was formally expanded in June 2006 to included Gadaref State and Northern States Sudan.

2006 14th May the formal USA prior planning for the Visit of H.I.M Empress Shebah - Queen Shebah III in light of the success of the meetings and the timing for Sudan had the Travel Agenda changed firstly to Sudan and after Sudan and African planned Agenda to the USA.

2006 May - The Imperial House Foundation - USA started preparation for H.M Queen Shebah III and HRH Prince David with Delegation of IHF - USA formal visit for the activation of the Development Agenda in Sudan for June 1st 2006.

2006 - Activation of Sudan Development Agenda June/July 2006. The Imperial Sovereign visit was met in the First few weeks with a warm welcome from the Nations People of East, West, North, South and Central Sudan. All travel to Khartoum to greet H.M Queen Shebah III from the regions H.M Queen Shebah III had yet to visit.

Queen Shebah III received presented gifts from the Governor of Gadaref State Sudan or Humanitarian and Development efforts for the Sudanese People, The Queen and entourage, was hosted and presented with gifts from the Governors of Sudan's Primary States and a Sword by the National Defence Ministry for Humanitarian and Development efforts. South Sudan President (1st Vice President of Sudan) sent a delegation of his Cabinet to pay respects to the Queen and give support for the Federation and NGOs initiatives. Delegations from Wadi Halfa in upper North Sudan to Juba in South Sudan, to Kordofon and Darfur, travelled to visit with the Queen in support of the Federations efforts for Africa, and cry for the return of the Queen to Nubia.

This response trigger irritations at that success outside of Sudan and (Foreign) Politically influence attacks was made to sabotage H.M Queen Shebah III Unity Agenda. The Sudanese Government fell innocently prey to propaganda to destroy the face of H.M Queen Shebah III thus the Faith of the People. The People kept the Faith but a small few of Government succumb. In the final week of H.M Queen Shebah III visit approximately 20 National Security Soldiers Armed with AK-47 enter H.M Queen Shebah III and Delegation Quarters, and took all for interrogation at several Military location, against the wishes of the Majority within the Federal Government who saw through the sabotage plan from outside of Sudan. The propaganda came from Europe and specifically from a Queen of a small Kingdom on the European Continent against H.M Queen Shebah III Unity Agenda for Africa, which had over the years open H.M Queen Shebah III to frequent sabotages, prejudices, accusations, character assassinations attempts.

2006 - Imperial Sovereign and remaining Staff are held hostage in Sudan for 4 days, unharmed, and released. The Imperial Sovereign was accused without any grounds of being a USA and Western Government Spy, a supporter of Israel attacks against Lebanon that was in the very period of H.M Queen Shebah III visit, as well accusation of imprisonment in at least seven European Countries, and as well that H.M Queen Shebah III could not possibly be real because the showed no prestige of someone of that status, H.M Queen Shebah III was far to friendly towards the people.

H.M Queen Shebah III is known to be very friendly and spontaneous towards all, that friendly character towards the people was seen as unbecoming of a Nubian-Kushite Royal.

I rather be kind to People, for kindness is a Plant that bears lasting fruits, we are family, it is the nature of the African Kingdoms, I am an African Royal and will be accepted and respected for who I am, an not what I am, it is not my Crown that carries me, it is I that carry my Crown, and my greatest most precious of Crowns are my People, they are my Children.

I am first and Foremost a Mother and as the Kingdoms Matriarch the Nations Mother, my Children are my One Priority, and your Prestige is not going to feed my Children, it is killing our Nations with its self-glorifying hypocrisy on the backs of the African People. If fighting for the Rights of Africa makes me a criminal I accept your accusations, if working towards Unity for the African Nations on Africa's and no one else terms make me a criminal, I accept it, if being a Mother and doing my duties with all the strength in me makes me in your eyes a Criminal I as well accept that, I have accept your accusations, now you hear my voice, the greatest form of colonisation is that of ones mind, I suggest a return to the Slave Master of Prestigious Table, it is the Realm of the Slaves of Prestige, I as well strongly suggest that you do that with haste before my Nations Kingdoms Warriors over run this Country, though tempted I am to show you the true meaning and depth of our African Kingdom Nations Unity which is the foundation of whom we the Kingdoms are.

May I suggest you reframe from tempting them, by holding and accusing the Mother of the Kingdom Nations of anyone political propaganda with one despicable aim which is dividing Africa. The Imperial Sovereign resolute and not a fraction undeterred by the lies or attempts to sabotage the Unity Agenda of the African Nations by the Kingdoms USA Foundation, return to matters of the Development Agenda. 2007 April - May Queen Shebah III and IHF team travels to Ghana to address the Projects Agenda of Corporate International Alliance Partners NIT with the Ghana Government for the Development of the Ghana Railways and African Kingdoms Nations Summits.

2007 17th May Queen Shebah III after a 15 years relationship formally signs with NIT- USA/China the formal Alliance Partnership for the African Continents Projects which includes full Veto Rights to H.I.M Empress Shebah - Queen Shebah III of the Development Agenda as Financial and Executive Head for the African Nations Projects Financing with over 15 Billion USD towards the Development Agenda Realisation and formally full control of all African Projects Screening, Financing and Execution to and with all third parties: Private, Corporate and Governmental.

2007 June 1st H.I.M Empress Shebah - H.M Queen Shebah travels from Ghana to Europe to sign formal Financial Documents to commence with African Nations Projects Financing. H.I.M Empress Shebah - Queen Shebah III executes the release of funds, returning on June 7th 2007 to Ghana to commence with the initiation of the Ghana Government - Peatrak Ltd Railways Development Projects Financing and African Kingdoms Summit planning.

2007 September Queen Shebah III hosted 141 African Royals by invitation and in collaboration with the Libyan Government the 1st African Kingdoms Nations Unity and Development 6 days Summit in Tripoli Libya, and participated as African Kingdoms as a collective under invitation of Queen Shebah III by the Libyan Leader Muammar Al Kaddafi at the in Tripoli hosted 9.9.99 Anniversary Celebration of the formation of the African Union.

2007 October Queen Shebah III formally enstooled as Queen Abena Nyamtché I alongside King Adou Bibi II, of the Akan-Abron Pinango Royal Kingdom covering over 500Villages within the Pinango region crisscrossing Ivory-Coast and West Ghana.

2007 October IH-CI Chairman/CEO Banked 655 Million of 15 Billion in USA Cash-Bonds , under the May 2007 Alliance Agreement with NIT which formed the IHF-NIT Partnership, the first African Foundation to be appointed that much financial control of Projects Investment, which was placed under the authority and responsibility of the Queen. The funds was planned to activate Projects in Ghana signed earlier and within West Africa.

2007 November IH-CI had to re-bank funds in Europe, the respective African Bank had developed problems, funds 6 times bank Capital and 3 times National reserve monthly Capital, and was as such seen as a political threat to Government, regardless of it humanitarian objective for all of Africa.

2007 December Queen Shebah III had all funds returned to the European accounts and decrees a re-structuring of financial infra-structure to better facilitate international financing.

2008 January Queen Shebah III decrees that the planned African Kingdoms Bank to facilitate the management and banking for projects be placed as primary agenda of Federation for 2008. Project still in its final process and will be later informed during further updates, in 2009.

2008 August formal traditional Purification ceremony of Yoomo Guatele Quartey (Shebah III) as customs demands.

2008 September additional coronation and enthronement of Queen Shebah III to Gomoa Throne as Queen Bondziba V of Gomoa Akyemfo Kingdom Nations, completing further coronations protocol as Matriarch.

End-2008 / 2009 - Again direct attacks on the Queen, from within the Federation international team appointed team with support of a elements in a former Government, in a fail attempt to totally destroy the Imperial Matriarchs name and reputation, and agenda for Africa, which will be elaborated on in the later Profile updates. The attacked failed, by November 2009 the Federation had expanded with the removal of the incorrect elements the Federation affiliations with 60 Organisations within Africa, and outside of Africa, which allowed for the launch of the Federation Projects in 2009, less than a year later.

2009 July Queen Shebah III was invited to Liberia by the Liberian Government and National Traditional Council for the inauguration of the Republics National Council Mission, as honorary guest. Queen Shebah III receives in July 2009 an Award of Honour for efforts for the African Nations.
