Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah with the African Kingdoms Nations are all active on the Trans-African nations Development Agenda. The activation by Imperial Decree of the Imperial Empress was activated in Sudan for the start of the Development Agenda of the Trans-African Rural and Urban Regions Development Project Initiative of the African Kingdoms Imperial House Foundation.

The Imperial Empress and African Kingdoms international Delegation travelled to Sudan in July 2006 on formal invitation and met by Federal and State Governments Representative upon arrival with formal convoy on the start of the Imperial Empress and Imperial House Foundation Activation of the Development Agenda in the Sudan respective States, of East, West, North, South and Central Sudan.

The Sudan was nominated by the African Royal Kingdoms Imperial Empress of the Nubian Kingdoms Nations of the West-African based African Continents Kingdoms Sovereign Chambers and Federation, representing over 350 African Kingdoms throughout the African Continent of the Kingdoms Federations.

`` I graciously thank all the Sudanese People and All of State and Government, for your warmth, your kindness and hospitality during our stay in Sudan. Sudan is a special Nation and very special People. That must be as all People accepted and respected for who they are and not whom they are portrait to be, by the incorrect actions of a few. That means the common-sense and intelligence of the Sudanese People as well to know that what is right and that what is wrong, or portrait to be wrong.

Time will show the difference of where lay the truth and what is the lies. But common sense should say far more. I look forward to seeing you all again soon, on my return to do exactly as what we stated we came to do; - Development of the Rural and Urban Regions of Sudan. All that have met me knows well I am not very particular about protocol. I like to be amongst the people, and with them address there needs.

The African Nations are suffering, and has suffered for far too long. As one we each stand alone, but hand in hand we are a United People, I am ready to take your hand and together with the Nations, step by step work towards the realisation of the activated and formally endorsed Development objectives for the North, South, East, West and Central Sudan with the Nations State Government and Public Organisations.

The Kingdoms shall reflect by the African Kingdoms actions in the future, and during the implementation of the Agenda with the African Nations the Trans-African Rural and Urban regions critical Development Objectives of the African Kingdoms Imperial House Foundations, founded with purpose of the correct execution of the Development Agenda in and with respect of all African Nations People.

The objectives of the African Kingdoms and our integrity, cannot permit after decades of hard-work, dedication, sacrifice and efforts the possibility opened through this Trans-African Project be misused, we must let it be used, so we as a People, we as a Nation, we as Humans in respect to Human lives and with compassion for the African Peoples everlasting suffering, use this opportunity to do for ALL of the People that what is Right, instead of a political tool to do that what is wrong, and disrespectful of the Rights of a possible Change for All of Sudan, and a new Dawn that of Development with the rest of the Trans-African Nations and Governments.

Human weakness and errors, can only build a Nation if the lesson of the error is applied and the mistakes corrected or avoided by the wisdom learnt through the experience. To allow any political ungrounded motivation to harm the possibility for a change through the Trans-African Nations Development Agenda; for the People, by the People, with the People for All of the people, is not the right of any one Nation to choose, for no man is an island in existence, but that Choice is one of all of the Nation, for all of the People.

The Resources of Africa is the inheritances of the African Nations to care for the African Nations and all born of Her, All Nations, for Existence is One and all became from the same and so shall we return. Humanity is One, denying the Nation people any possible opportunity for change through and within the Nations, by the Nations People is against the Nations itself, for Choice is removed and Choice is the Foundation of Humanity every action.

As so by Choice I chose to hold hands with the People, and work with the States towards realisation as planned of all the States Development objectives step by step in Sudan.

To all the People of Sudan, thank you for showing me your friendship and warmth. I enjoyed the kisra, mula, weka, shatta very much, and eating as you do even better. As well as my enormous; Well of love received from just about everyone I met until the last seconds of my leaving Sudan for further work on the agenda, for the African Nations Development for all our Children.

Thanks for sharing your time with me, and for those that travel thousands of miles from throughout Sudan to come and greet me, I thank you. Do not worry if I unfortunately due to the heavy agenda whilst there could not visit with several States and a few organisations that had expected my visit. I work from the intuition of a Mother for that is what I am first and foremost. I know what I would like my children to have, and that is no different from what you would wish for your own. Humanity is one so is the feeling of hunger, it is not unique to any one, only the ever present continuation of hunger and suffering on the African Continent, and within Economical Weak Nations, by the People within.

Africa will support this Agenda, for it will usher in its small way, Unity amongst the Nations, for all will be working towards one and the same goal, and so too the generations.

The Nations People need the basic tools and necessary support in order they can develop their home regions and stimulate the respective Regional Communities. And the most urgent, the most basic and critical of Human needs and further development expansion, rehabilitation or complete development of the: Infra-structure, Hospitals, Schools, (Clean) Water Supplies and Stable Services, Electricity, Medical Supplies and Specialised Equipment and Services, Road-Highways, Housing, Agricultural and Farming Development, Fisheries Development, Telecommunications Services, Clinics, Public-Services, Universities, Transport, Commercial Development and Industry = Economical Empowerment and Growth of the Rural and Urban Regions of Africa!

Sudan is beautiful not as beautiful as the sun kissed, white cloud-hair Nations people, but the hearts within them. I cannot change the present global situation throughout Africa or the world, but with Gods guidance, help and mercy we together can change the future for our children, by the choice we make today.

Let us usher in a new dawn in Africa, one of Development and Develop the Regions. We must have Stability and Peace within all the African Nations.

The South has suffer, far to long, and wants Peace and Development, the West, the East, Central and North are no different, and all must and will be simultaneously addressed on the current Development agenda to sustain the growth of the other, for it is the stability and growth of each other.

Darfur is an African Nation of People, as a People as a Nation as far to many Nations, they however share one inhumane common ground; Suffering, Despair, Hopelessness, Frustration, and too many tears. All are humans, all of the human species are the self-same prototype species as all humanity, they are humans, so to the People of any Nation that are Suffering, and have suffered far to much for far to long, to all I beg of you, pride, prestige and arrogance will not cure the ailments of the African Nations, Common Sense will.

Let us change from rivalry and wars, to that of a Nation of Builders, for the people can suffer no more, all are weary. Let us develop the Nation, our Villages, our Regions, our Lands of Africa, starting with Sudan.

The fights between the Nations are that of economics laced with doctrines and deceit let us change it to that of democracy of choices within the norms and traditions of the respective Nations. Let us progress, not digress in Poverties-Vale, and let us make a future for all the Nations People.

Time will tell in Concrete and Steel of Development Agenda initiative and that of the fiction of a Political untruth; however at what cost will it be to the Nations People, if a possibility of Development of their homes on anothers whim is for them denied.

I promised the Sudanese People, that I would tell the world about the people of Sudan, ALL of the People after I left for continuation of the objectives for Development of my visit, I have and I will by my actions, for you I take in my heart within me on the Road to Change for Africa.

Sudan Development Agenda Trans-African Nations 2006 Development Activation briefing:-

The Imperial Empress on formal visit as Chairman of the African Kingdoms Nations Imperial House Foundation USA Activated the start of the Trans-African Rural and Urban Regions Infra-Structure Development Agenda in Sudan in July 2006, after decades of work by the African Kingdoms to form the Tans-African Nations Development Agenda support frame-work through the Kingdoms of Africa.

The Nubian Imperial Queen, Empress Shebah formal planned schedule to visit North of Sudan thereafter immediately the South, West and Central Sudan was cancelled by the Khartoum Central Federal Government in uncomfortable Political grounds with the Northern-Nubian Nations and the tense political grounds with the United States of America and South-Sudan where the following activation by the USA arm of the Imperial House Foundation was to be formally Activated in person by Her Imperial Majesty the Empress Shebah - H.M Queen Shebah III.

The Empress after leaving Sudan took a no-response policy to the Sudanese Governments political and public unwarranted, unprovoked, and incorrect accusations of the Empress being a USA and Western European Governments Spy, which fell in the waste-basket and was replaced by even more incredible accusations.
