At Her Imperial Majesty's Service

H.I.M Empress Shebah `Ra - Queen Shebah III  2008 Femme Magazine interview with Samirat Ntiaze

(English translation of original Magazine Article transcript in revised essay form).

Africa WE are the Head, and not the Tail, Awake!

Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah `Ra – Queen Shebah III, the Head of the African Kingdoms Federation and Federations Imperial House Foundation Africa, USA and Europe is completely committed and dedicated to the transformation of the African mental physic and state of focus of the African bloodline Kings and Queens as partners and indigenous leaders of the various African Kingdoms for the development of the African Nations; a mission started over two decades ago. To this end, Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah `Ra – Queen Shebah III, has in place two administrative and management mechanisms for promoting effectively the African renaissance agenda through an African Kingdoms Government Cabinet of the African Kingdoms Federation and the Federation’s Imperial House Foundation Africa, USA and Europe (an African Kingdoms Federation NGO coordination body).

The African Kingdom NGOs are working with their international affiliates on the NGOs Trans-African Urban and Rural Regions Development Agenda, presently funded primarily with the Kingdoms and affiliates supported finances. These networks of professional technical advisors will in co-operation and collaboration with respective African Governments in each respective African Nation address the Development Agenda.

It is important that Africa transcend their imposed national borders and mental barriers to form strategic alliances across the whole African Kingdoms to derive maximum benefits from the vast untapped social and economic opportunities. For the realisation of this African dream and vision for Africa, Queen Shebah has worked ceaselessly all this time. In the last 8-10 years, the Queen travelled over 350,000 kilometres by car through Europe championing and advocating the cause for Africa from the African Kingdoms through their African Kingdoms NGOs for unity and team building, through the strategic development of Africa, by Africa, for Africa. The promotion of the African Kingdoms Unity Agenda throughout each and every African Nation is premised on principles of co-Equal Human Respect and Peaceful Co-existence, Equity in Development Opportunities, Poverty Reduction and Progress in Socio-Economic Infrastructure for all the African Nations.

The Queen stands firm in her conviction that Africa has all the resources herself to change the course of Africa’s circumstances. Africa is constrained however because she lacks only the financial tools to access and harness correctly her own vast resources and potential. As such, the African Kingdoms Federation and African Kingdom NGOs have identified the need to access the necessary financial tools in order that Africa can activate the Resources of Africa to benefit the People of Africa, first and foremost.

Queen Shebah is reassured by Africa’s diverse and rich Human Capital and Intellectual Resources and Capacity, the first born of Nations, a massive population of God-Blessed, creative and intelligent People, a People of the ancient parents of the cradle of all the Nations. Africa has all the ingredients to make a better Africa, but in many ways, we lack the driving power of Faith in ourselves. After the trials and tribulations of our difficult and trying past, we collectively as a People have suffered. This suffering however Queen Shebah equally insists must be put in the past, as a relevant reference point. Lessons learnt from this past must inform out collective mindset to address the agenda of the future or we risk making ourselves captives of history and eternal dependents on the Nations outside of Africa.

Africa is the very first born of Nations, the first born of the Heavens and greatly blessed. She has been the head and not the tail of civilisation. She has championed economic progress throughout civilisation and has survived many challenges and trials.

We cannot change our circumstances and anything in Africa if we do not first change the lack of knowledge about who we are. We have forgotten the power of our identity. In the trials and tribulations of our pre and post colonial history, our identity, was the greatest victim.

Our ancestral root line parent’s name, which is our generations after generations passed down ‘Tribal Names,’ was adopted as our ethnic root. How can we accept even the notion to change the foundation of the house of Africa, if within the very root of that foundation, there are fundamental mistake created and applied to our original historical architecture? 90% of the written history of Africa is incorrect, deliberately corrupted and distorted to mentally alienate Africans from their noble and illustrious heritage. Any house built on an incorrect and unstable foundation will itself be structurally incorrect and unstable.

Tribal Names in Africa are embedded with African philosophy, belief systems, history and ethnic significance. In Africa names tell a complete story and inform ones identity. Africa must relate to different influences and cultures, however, she must more consciously retain and preserve her rich Nubian past.

Our lines from our home origin of Nubia migrated and created all the Nations of today and so to of yesterday, our root origin was in the east of Africa, but because of the weather we moved to the North, and settled there creating in time the first Civilisation known to mankind. Do not look to outside of Africa to learn about Africa, for the truth lies not outside but right here within Africa.

The illustrations, above and maps on page 3 trace the migration patterns and routes from ancient Nubian civilisation and It also helps to define the distinct roots of the many human types that have their origins in Nubia (Kush), Africa.

Queen Shebah is of the researched opinion that Africa must look back in order to move forward. Look back Africa, and remember who you, remember the power of your ancestral roots and heritage, remember your identity because within that is the key to your Future. A man of white skin and ancestry is a Caucasian, those of the East of our Continent are Asians, yet we of Africa accept a name that is not of our ancestors; Negro, Black, Africans are names given to us during history but not of us. Our Ethnic collective root name is Nubians, born of the first Civilisation.

If one researched, one will find Asia was born of Africa, from Asian in our past history, a part of our migrating Nubian-Asian lines migrated from the East and went further North forming the Nations of the north, the very few that survived, they formed the lines of the present Natives of those regions example: Native Indians, and so forth.

Just before the second Ice Age, a second migration from Asia were trapped in our counting about 200-250 years, in the Caucus Region, they changed, because of the environment from that original Asian Lines their descendents the Cauc-Asian was born, right there in the Caucus, and named after the regions of their birth the Caucus: both the descendent GRAND-CHILDREN of the lines of the Nubians.

Africans are the biological ancestors of the Nations of the World. Africa is the cradle of humanity’s very roots. The Asian were the first new Nations born of us, the Caucasian the second in our descendent line of Nations, they were born of the Asians, so who are we Africa, who are we? We are not the brothers and sisters of Humanity but the very Parents of Humanity. As such Africans must lift up their heads. Africa is the Mother of all Nations of the earth!

We are the parental lines of the Nations of Africa. We also have been given all the Resources not only to care for Africa but as well to safeguard and preserve all humanity.

In our past, we lived in small settlements no different from some of the small rural villages from today, the name of the founding mother/father or king/queen of the settlements was carried by the generations, therefore, all related of the same bloodline, it was the tradition of that time. For example; Ewe will be the name of the ancestral root parent of that line, it is why the blood relation and similarity of features between each respective Tribal Nations people. But Africa in our history, the name of our Tribal lines became the assumed name of our ethnic Root; all humanity is of one Root, one Tree with many magnificent branches: and that root is firmly planted in Africa.

All of history, all that transpired, all that became, all that was formed, all that was created after the birth of the first born, is a part of the collective history of that first born Africa. Africa remember your history, listen to the voice of wisdom and knowledge of our elders, for with them are treasures untold, no one knows Africa better than Africa, no one knows Africa’ true history better than we the People of Africa, and in particular the Kingdoms of Africa. We the Monarchs and our ancestors are the blood that was, the participators and not paper-back-spectators of it.

Slavery is not merely the horrendous enslavement and captivity of one’s very physical soul. The greatest negative dimension of slavery is the taking of ones identity, the taking of ones history, the defilement of an intelligent soul, to that of a void human, void of all knowledge of their very being, their very birth, their very father, their very mother, their very inheritance.

We are not free as long as the chattels of misinformation, deceit and ignorance hold us captives. We are not free as long as we do not know who we truly are, we are not free as long as we must depend on an unstable record and history of Africa as the compass of our past, we are not free as long as we accept not to be free. We are not free as long as we accept to be slaves of a great tragedy. We are not free Africa as long as we do not open our eyes to the truth and responsibilities of that truth. Africa, we are not free in the court of God as long as we do not accept this truth and with that change the very destructive course which Africa is on, we are not free as long as we do not understand and accept that the African, that stands, the African that walks, the African that lives next to us, is first and foremost a blood brother, sister, mother, father and or relative of us, we are the largest family bonded Nation in existence.

The jacket of history may change but the owners and wearer of that jacket is still the same. Today our people in mass are changing the very complexion of their skin. I am dark as ebony for so I was born by the choice of God, created as one of his chosen first born of Nations. I am an African Empress and Queen, my throne is my stool of responsibility to my people, and for them I will answer to God and fight the Devil on this very Earth. To change the colour of ones skin is to deny ones responsibility and ones inheritance, it is an offense against creation and the creator thereof. Does one paint gold, my People, or do we polish it so that its shine may radiate even more? Dark or light, those classified black or white all share the same root, we are one. One is the Parent, one the second born and one the third.

That does not lessen the birth meaning of the second and third born, it enhances it. Do we not love our younger brothers and sisters? Is it not for us to love and protect them? Are we not responsible for each other? Can the child of our Mother and Father be not our brother or Sister? How can we as a people see a different being at the fundamental roots, how can I, I do not.

All of history, everything down to each and every facet of the countless world religions has their root base in Africa.

I will give a close to home example: I Queen Shebah, have been called many names, by people who feel threatened by the deep significance of my lineage and ancestry. They accuse me of being a fake, they wish and pray that I would suddenly be extinct and a thing of the past. They accuse me of being poor and being too normal, they accuse me of being too close to the every day people. They accuse me of walking without the prestige of a true Royal and being from outside of Africa. Humility and compassion are virtues that transcend arrogance and pride. Royalty is a privilege by birth and not a status to be lorded over persons perceived to be of less nobility. African leadership requires that one rules through service to ones people in order to help lead the people back to their true sense of human dignity. I am prepared to sacrifice and serve my people, if that is what it takes to lead them.

All of these perceptions do not take away from who I truly am. It does not erase my bloodline ancestry or blur my true lineage as being a great grand daughter of King Nimrod. By divine providence and protection of God, our Heritage and bloodlines have been preserved. The many ‘King Herods’ who conspire to terminate all first born sons of the throne have failed through time and many civilisations. By divine pardon, prophecy and providence, the many true bloodline Kingdoms of Nubian Ancestry have survived. Today, we have an assembly of African Kingdom Kings, Sultans, Queens and Elders across the entire African Continent. We also have several bloodline descendants in the Diaspora as bona fide true Africans.

Even though modern governance has created after western models of governance a new elite of African political leaders, the very traditional Kingdoms, Kings, Sultans, Queens and their traditional elders have survived and are recognised across the length and breadth of Africa. We collectively have had and shared far more support and friendship, so what does it matter from these ignorant few, God is Great.

It has been also said that Africa has no recordable history of any great consequence or contribution to the world’s existence. No true historian worthy of emulation would postulate such a ridiculous untruth. It has been said we as a people are beggars, and are ignorant. Dependency is a transitional state. In deed no people in history can be said to have stayed perpetually in a state of absolute helplessness and poverty.

It has been said, that my forefathers the pharaohs were but there for a brief second in history, and our lines no longer exist. Many anthropologists admit the vast technological skills and acumen of Egyptian civilisation to human development in its entirety. It has been said Africa has only two or three Kingdoms. Again historians of African History and Studies have illustrated the vast collection of African culture that baffled many western explorers of Africa. These cultural artefacts and relics are still held in American and European museums across the world. Many modern western artists derive their creative inspiration from unique and outstanding art forms contrived by the so- called primitives from Africa.

Africa need not run down any other culture, civilisation or people to come into her own. Africa has her distinct characteristics. Our People created and ruled the known world in our early history, our people built dynasties, our people provided critical human capital for the development of western civilisation. She was debased, exploited and abused, however, today we have the capacity and dignity to strive to be respected and acknowledged as people who can contribute equally to the development of modern society.

Of greater interest to me is this; it has not been said that our nations suffered the level of poverty as we have had over the last two millenniums of our history however, during the time we truly knew and ruled ourselves in accordance to our millenniums and millenniums old history, that would be rather foolish, in fact suicidal.
See what happens when our identity is no longer recognised, our very genetic identity questioned? For we are now noted not as Nubians, but in accordance to the names of our tribes and modern formed Nations of birth, at present only our lines within specific regions whose ethnic and tribal line names are the selfsame are identified as Nubians all else has died. So we are presumed to be all dead, our part in the history of mankind has been blurred and denied, but know this. It is written that the lines of the House of David will always be, on the throne.

Our sacred thrones were derogatively called Village Chiefdoms, our Nations savages that needed to be civilised. We are here, we have always been here, and until the very author of those words, the one and only Sovereign God says otherwise, we will always be here and the recorder of the truth. I have been chastised not for my person but my colour and rights of Africa to be identified with our very history, and that of our throne.

To challenge me is to challenge the sacred books, the history of the African Kingdoms, their very blood and the rights and identity of over 934 plus million African people. We have long waited for that challenge, the truth the world will not be happy with; for that truth is the key, we of Africa carry. It is our greatest strength and the core of our African culture, which is respect and honour of our ancestors and ancestry. It cannot be challenged; truth is truth and needs no support.

I am black, I am a Nubian, I am as well of the Tribe of the lines of the North-African Nubian, all may challenge that, however, the African Kingdoms know who we are. It is them against God, the victor I long know. So I am at Peace. This is not my fight, it is Africa’s fight, for the fight against me, is the fight against the people of Africa’s right to be Africans, to be identified with our true and magnificent history, it is a fight against the entire Continent of Africa based on our true participation in history and humanity.

The Queen of Sheba is black, so to many that was conveniently assumed and redesigned within the annals of present day history. I am black and I am proud not because of my colour, but because of the meaning and symbol of that colour, I am of the first born of Nations and born with a purpose.
Who ever desires to challenge that are free to do so. My time is better spent working for my People, for their suffering is great and their needs are many. My birth was destined with a purpose to address the needs of the people of Africa. I Queen Shebah must stand at the level of the people, I must speak to the people, I must live with the people, or I am then truly a liar. Only then would I Queen Shebah not know the African people I say I am working for.

People make mistakes, big ones and small ones, judge the mistakes; it is not for us to judge the root of humanity, which is for the Creator of Humanity. It is for us to recognise where we went wrong and to change it.

All mankind is fallible and makes mistakes, and so too we must identify our mistakes and correct them. I make mistakes; I too am human, am I not? I know within our blood lines it is said the Royals cannot and do not make mistakes, but there is a difference in our genetic inheritance and our Humanity. As a child I was the greatest of rebels, I fought against all I found unrighteous. One of which was I refused to learn French and Arabic, which did not make my family very happy. But I was angry, angry that to save our blood lines towards our responsibility I had to be taken out of Africa just before my birth. I was angry that I could not live, could not grow-up with my relatives, could not speak in the tongue of my people, could not walk on the soil of Africa, could not live and eat as my people.

So I refused to learn that of anyone else unless I was able to first and foremost, live, taste and smell the sights and sounds of Africa. I was a child, for I did not stop to realise I was explaining my pain in a tongue that was not of Africa either. In time and with Gods Grace and Wisdom we learn: Ones language is not of importance but the essence of the speech. Ones surrounding is not important as long as our soul is free, and ones family is a part of oneself. I am free.

Where I stand Africa stands, where I walk Africa walks, when I speak it is a voice of Africa that speaks, for where I kneel my God is with me, there are no boundaries.

The boundaries are only those based on our human ignorance. However, wisdom is born of ignorance and knowledge its throne of truth. Forgiveness is the greatest gift of freedom; that is why it is divine.

So too, it is for Africa to review truly and truthfully our past in order that we have a good compass to chart the course of our future. How can we develop our Continent, if we see each respective tribe as a separate Nation? How can we honestly and to the best of our ability do the best for each and every Nation, each and every people of Africa, if we see a difference in the one family and the other? How can we bring Peace to our Nations if we do not know the ingredients of our Nations make-up long created? How can we look to each other as a part of the whole, if we do not know that we are one people, if we have forgotten our very truth?

How can we develop Africa if we do not see and understand all this and take the responsibility for changing our present history back to its true course and with that apply that truth to create the Africa of tomorrow?

Will not the development of Africa based on the truth and our collective family unity be the strongest grounds to truly build Africa, or would we rather build on the unstable grounds of untruth, lies and deception we are set on?

This is critical for Africa to understand, because understanding that is to understand the responsibilities of the first born of Nations to the Creator. Africa my beloved Africa has become the Tail, but it is for the Head to make the tail wag: equal as well, it is for the parent to lead the child. Africa must look back and become again that head that makes the tail wag. Africa must lead the Nations of Africa with strength, integrity and collective respect of our collective history and root; for we are the Adams and Eves of humanities very birth; we of Africa.

How can we change the damaged fundamental structure of the very House of Africa, if we know not where fundamental errors lie in the architecture by man within that? How can we say in truth and to Heaven that we have truly done our obligation and responsibilities of the first born to Heaven if we know not even the name of who we are? Our tribal names are not our ethnical root, we are all related: Each of the ethnical Root parent was a direct relation of the other, each of the descendent tribal Nations born of their respective blood are the direct family of the other. When we raise our hands and harm any African we raise our hands to harm a direct member by blood of the same root parents as ourselves, and the descendents of the first born of Gods Nations.

In birth, it is universal unchanging law, there can only be one first born of the Mother, whether she befalls twins, or 3,4,5, 6, children one is the first to be born, not two or three, One.

Africa we are the first born, so stand and take the responsibilities of the first born because it is our collective culture and tradition.

A part of that responsibility and the most critical is caring for the House of Africa, for it is our Mothers child and our Fathers legacy! Stop waiting to see the change come, stop waiting to see our 54 Leaders amongst over 934,000.000 people make the change for that 934.000.000 people. My People it is for us a United Nations of one root to collectively make that change by changing firstly ourselves.

Each has within them a part of the needed tool towards the change in Africa, wealth is the least important. Commitment, perseverance, willingness, wisdom, vision, vision, vision, all starts with vision. Did God not start the Nations with a vision that was made reality? Do not question if we must Unite as a people or as a Continent, we must!

If the road is bad, then let us the strong ones do what we can with what we have to change it. Many live in shacks with no shelter from the trials of storms or rains, yet we walk on soil that is so precious; we walk on the very clay used by our ancestors to create constructions that withstood the test of time. Some things are right there, but we became lost in modern ways and times, you can build a Villa of bricks or one of clay from the toil of your own hands and on your own grounds, the earth is free.

I am giving an example of just some of the heritage we forgot without names. Remember our past and so too all of that past; our traditions, culture, values and norms we must re-open. For in that is a wealth that can support us greatly today.

Our youth look further and further from the toil of the sands, but without that, mans is destined to be doomed because it is the Farmers that created the food that humanity may live. Equally doctors are there to protect our health and the police to protect the people and secure and insure Peace.

Sometimes I think, if one was to stand on a skyscraper and look down, the largest car becomes a tiny spec in ones vision, and the people below can barely be seen. Who is taller than the other, who is greater than the other, who is King, who is President, who is the beggar? What does God see? We must remove from our minds and heart this frivolous arrogance we have adopted. No one is greater than the other, equally as well, for that self same reason; the nail, the hammer and wood are not greater than the other. Their strength is in what can be created when all three components are united to create an item or utility object of use to us such as a chair, house, a table and so forth.

Africa must harness the skills of a united team resolved to succeed in tackling the critical strategic issues that bring about balanced and equitable development in tranquillity. Africa has all we need to change Africa, and the Kingdoms of Africa have the most critical of responsibilities within that change because they are anointed from old as our Royals with one purpose, to serve the Nations and lead them to prosperity; with this singular responsibility of answering to God himself; the maker of Kings. Equally, it is for our people to follow our lead, for it is they that answer to God, so too the King that must answer for every soul under there responsibility. It is not to acclaim glory or fame, but to earn it by our earthly efforts for all our children in the chambers of the Heaven and in the Paradise we must create right here on earth.

The Kingdoms foundations, are the peoples foundations, the kingdoms resources are the peoples resources, we must unite strongly as one united African Kingdom. We must pool all our resources to execute the change in Africa, paid for by Africa, or we will never truly be free.

All we need is faith and retrospection. We collectively must be able humbly to look back at the forest and identify all the footpaths of true discernment to the why of it all. Those difficult and arduous paths must lead us to the ultimate goal and redemption of Africa’s dignity, pride of place and self reliance. Africa will believe in herself again. Africa will smile again, Africa will be restored. May God bless you with great wisdom, discernment and truth.
