Extending Federations present trading capacity at the same time expanding, customizing, regulating and thus developing the Kingdoms Federations economy and infrastructure within each and every region of the Continent. The Federation has designed a project concept to address most of the critical weakness which Africa as all of the Southern World faces, and to change its weak economic status to that of a stable and economically empowered healthy Continent. Africa has 54 nations each of which has different infrastructural needs to empower and allow the growth of each nation’s economy, so the FOS Nations. In most of these nations there are natural resources and, in addition, the production of goods from the land, human productions and services. In addition to the direct working support from every African Kingdom in the Trans-African Nations Development Project Region, and growing support interest of over 134 represented thrones in the FOS Southern World regions outside of Africa, it will mean that there will be a simultaneous and systematic economical change within the regions using the tribal nations traditional infrastructure and social culture. In 2007 the Kingdoms completed its portfolio of necessary internal-restructuring and internal and external expansion of the seven year process of establishing internally and internationally a Network of Kingdom owned NGOs support Secretariats and Representatives, to address specific Portfolios of the Kingdoms Development Agenda. Simultaneously addressing the internal Kingdoms Governmental re-structuring to address in Unity the Agenda for Africa, with the African Internal and International Community. The Kingdoms Federations and its NGOs, had never received, any direct external Funding from other NGOs Organisations or Governments, Nationally, African Continentally or Internationally, until Libya in 2007 hosting of the Federation 1st Summit, which has no relation with the 2008 Summit held by the Libyan Government with some Kingdoms. We as a Federation, as Kingdoms, Kingdoms Government and our Kingdoms NGOs, are independent from any internal National or International debts as Federation. We as a Kingdoms Federation, as Kingdoms NGOs and Kingdoms Government has in the pass decade neither requested nor have we received external support to financed needed feasibility's studies, and Financing of National Governmental and/or National State Governmental Projects, activated by the Kingdoms NGOs for Trans-African National Governments Development Agenda. All our activities has been internally financed by the Federation and Federation Members towards the facilitation of the Federation activities. In 2007 the Kingdoms NGO IHF-Africa signed its first working Alliance with NIT Holdings that established the needed financial collateral towards the first stage initial activation of the Kingdoms Development Agenda step by step goal, which is still in process. This Alliance after an over 22 years friendship between HIM the Imperial Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and American China NIT Holdings CFO Mr. Perry Nolan Hammer. This Alliance through the support of NIT Hong Kong was planned to support the Federation with the necessary Financial artery to address the Trans-African Nations Development Agenda large-Scale National and Trans-National Projects: Railways, Roads, Industry and Commerce in its entirety, with the first funding towards that goal being released to the Federation towards projects in 2007, as well. Major problems arose due to the lack of facilities in Africa to work with many major international monetary notes, bonds and other such instruments. All funds had to be sent back to Europe to be Bank, until the Project VII Phoenix planned 2012 activation which totalled a sum of 655 Million USD from NIT, exclusively for the Project VII Phoenix Trans-African Nations major large-scale infra-structural Projects Agenda, it does not address Operational Capital which is the least that we can do, with such support from our Federation Alliance Partnership. To address the issue of inadequate banking infra-structure to suit the Federations needs in 2009/10 the Federation international banking team acquired the Federation Kingdoms Banking Licence for now Federation owned Royal African Bank - RAB to address the future banking needs of the Federation....... more . . . . activation. In order to facilitate that, the Imperial Matriarch expanded the Africa internal Royal House Order of Nubia-Sheba
dynastic Order, and removed a part of the restrictions for the expanded international arm in order to facilitate its quick
expansion, in time for 2012 launch. This with the planning to expand the IHF supporting Arc of Nubia Royal Chapters internationally.
As such the protocol of merit was for that unique occasion Ad Hoc by the Imperial Throne revised to accommodate this trial
project, opening the doors to people worldwide and via the worlds so-coal forum. . From the over 30

and all such that will have a positive effect within their own regions, by facilitating employment within to address the agenda
needs in Africa with the African local business through the AKF, for the IHF agenda faciliation. . 3. No
authority was as well given to in any form of commercial business in any-form. No contributions, donations or shares in any-form
for any purpose were asked as a strict AKF protocol in and outside of Africa, for all AKF entities and no AKF-IHF-FOS international
representatives without written Cabinet permission are authorise to sign, or agree to any contracts or agreements, sell shares
of anything involving AKF or IHF in or outside of Africa, or any form of business, all of which are strictly under the jurisdiction
of the Throne First Cabinet and Imperial Office Secretariats to authorise. . An international board from the senior appointed members,
was put in place with the appointment of a IHF-Arc Intl. President Vice President and such from within the Order of Asere,
this under the IHF mother NGO and IHF Cabinet in Africa. They must actively participate firstly by studying all and promoting
the IHF sites, on-line pages, and Kingdoms information, in order to build awareness, and once they showed true interest and
during 5 years their Ad Hoc appointment to the Asere Order by Merit granted by the Throne, would be permanently sealed
in the 5th year, by Africa, in honour or their service and sacrifice to support PVIIP in service to the Throne, and will
form as Order Members a permanent part of the Internal Court of the Order of Asere. Within the first 6 months of the first
year more than the half was release or left after receiving appointment titles to the Order of Asere, and by the end of 2011
only 10 persevering ones were left standing, those of 2 in the USA, Canada, Norway, Sweden, Venezuela and further
Caricom too name a few, having fulfilled the Order appointment first year protocols. And, by accordance to the appointment
protocol all appointments, titles in the Order of Asere and privileges automatically was nullified and made void by the Imperial
throne, upon leaving active participation in the Order upon appointment. . In adequacy to
respect and fulfill the rules and regulations revise and lightened to accommodate the expanded membership, and removal of
titles, appointments and Court recognition privileges, lead to a backlash and attack of the Throne Imperial Matriarch
and Federation in mid-2011 from former members and dis-satisfied members of the strict protocols and ability to address
the responsibilities that was placed as Ad Hoc recognition by the Order, which was unfair, incorrect and unfortunate. Thus
that daring experiment we have learnt much from, so appreciated in terms of the needs and areas needed to address with
any such in the further. . Further the IHF Development agenda address is expansive and
relevant to the entire Southern World and of the utmost importance to the rest of the world economical stability with
expansion needs for jobs, goods, and service needs for and in over 54 of some of the largest countries and as a collective

The African Continent Royal Kingdoms Federation is a Royal Monarchial Federation which represents the collective African Continent Kingdoms Nations Global and Internal interest, as a Union of Traditional African Kingdoms Nations.
