. , . The Southern World Royal Kingdoms Federation
Of the South - FOS is a Royal Monarchical dual Federation with the African Kingdoms Federation-AKF, together representing
over 5000 Royal Houses and Kingdoms Thrones, and opened to all Royal Houses and Thrones of the SOUTHERN WORLD. The FOS together
with dual Federation the AKF which comprises of the 1000s of Kingdoms of the massive African Kingdoms Federation-AKF, formed
by the 54 Trans-African Nations Royal Kingdoms and Chiefdoms of there tribal Sovereign lands/Nations within the African Union
Nations - AND - the lines inequality massive multiple FOS Federation member Thrones of the Continent of Asia, the America
related lines Royal and Noble Houses, both active and non-active, within their regions, but recognised by sovereign and hereditary
rights. The Federations does not involve itself with National or International Politics, as Federation but strictly with the
Federation internal Royal Central Government and works in collaboration on Federation Projects Programs with National Governments
in unity, as a Union of the Southern World oldest Kingdom Thrones. . FOS in unity
with the AKF ancient lines, was born to life by dynastic decree of the Imperial Matriarchal Throne of Thrones of Sheba, to
represent the collective Southern WorldHemispheres present day descendants of the world oldest Traditional Kingdoms Nations
and Thrones Global and Internal interest, as a Union of Kingdoms Nations and Throne. The Federations are similar in internal
infra-structure and make-up to the African Union, which is formed by a Federation of African Nations Governments, European
Union formed by a collective of European Continent States, and the USA which is formed by a Federation of States, as a unity
within the United Nations. FOS is the self-same, for the Southern World Kingdoms, Nations and Tribes, and has expanded it
doors to all that respects and honours the divinity, purpose, laws and sovereignty of our Southern World Kingdoms and Thrones,
of old, in this, ever changing world, .......more. . . . . Art.1 - 1. (1) The Imperial Sovereign Institution of Kingdoms Nations Federation
Monarchs, together with its Councils as established by Imperial law and usage, is hereby guaranteed. (2) With exception of
the Kingdoms own Central Government, National Parliaments in accordance with Federation and National Constitutional Laws shall
have no power to enact any law which- (a) Confers on any person or authority the right to accord or withdraw recognition to
or from a King/Queen/Sultan for any purpose whatsoever; or (b) Detracts or derogates in any way from the Honour and Dignity
of the Institution of Monarchies, Governments and Monarchical Institutions. (3) Nothing in or done under the authority of
any law shall be held to be inconsistent with, or in contravention of, clause (1) or (2) of this article if the law makes
provision for- (a) The determination, in accordance with the appropriate Imperial Customary law and usage, by an Imperial
Council, a Federation House of Kings/Queens/Sultans or a Monarchies Committee of any of them, of the validity of the nomination,
election, selection, installation or ....more . . . . Unfortunately, the rules of Royalty and Nobility are not known for the general
public. People fail to understand that, even a deposed or defunct throne is recognized by International law. Even the ones
that have a superficial knowledge of Dynastic and Nobility Law wrongfully believe that the rules applied in Royal Houses of
Europe are the ones applied for the rest of the world. Actually, the monarchies of Africa, the Americas' and Asia including
middle-East and as far as Turkey and Syria are far more ancient and historically powerful. At the time that people in Europe
were hunting and living in caves, the Asian and African Monarchs were dining in their palaces for centuries. . . There’s
a golden rule in International law that, a part is only victorious in any international dispute, if and only if, the opposite
party formally surrenders the claim."…the concept of sovereignty formally implies a power that is absolute, perpetual,
indivisible, IMPRESCRIPTIBLE and inalienable. . " (Andrew Vincent,
Nationalism and Particularity, 2002, p. 17)Dr. Paulo Bonavides in his book "Political Sciences" (Ciência Política),
page 126 declared:"Sovereignty is one and indivisible, it cannot be delegated, SOVEREIGNTY IS IRREVOCABLE, SOVEREIGNTY
IS PERPETUAL, sovereignty is a supreme power, these are the main points of characterization that made Bodin's sovereignty
in the seventeenth century an essential element of State:...............more. . . . According with pacific international jurisprudence, the “Fons Honorum”
or “fountains of honor” are the persons and/or entities that hold the prerogative of bestowing titles of nobility
and honors legally as subjects of international law. These persons and/or organizations must have, by origin, or ministry,
the plethora of powers that constitute the sovereignty. They are:Heads of State (both monarchists or republican - although
the republicans don't give nobility titles only meritorious awards), Heads of Dynasties (deposed monarchies) once it’s
internationally accepted that they preserve the “Jus Conferendi” even being dispossessed of their thrones, Heads
of Traditional Christian Churches (both Roman Catholic and Orthodox) following authentic apostolic succession. In other words,
the Head of the church should prove direct lineage of ordination from some of the original apostles.** The Religious “Fons
Honorum” is not accepted by all the scholars. Here, we’ll concentrate our study about the “Fons Honorum”
from Monarchs both reigning and deposed. It’s widely known that there are NO LIMITATIONS to a Sovereign (reigning or
deposed) in terms of titles and honors. They are allowed to create and restore Orders of Merit and Chivalry, create and restore
titles of Nobility, bestow and revoke as it pleases them. Ironically, the reigning Monarchs have more limitation than the
deposed ones, once the reigning must follow certain protocols, constitutions and political limitations that may intimidate
them in granting honors. The deposed sovereigns fully govern their Houses and Dynasties, so, there’s no political pressure
or interference about the Dynastic prerogatives......more . . . .
