Marketing the Kingdoms Power, Influence and Potential

Former Federation Prime Minister H.R.H Ashirifi I - Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo Sept. 2007 - April 2009 Statements on the Federation and Africa's potential. The Federation on behalf of Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III and Cabinets, congratulates the Former Prime Minister H.R.H Ashirifi I - Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo on his new posting in the Ghana NDC National Government, and hereby gives acknowledgement and appreciation for his every effort for the African Nations.

Marketing the Kingdoms Power, Influence and Potential

- Address of Former Prime Minister H.R.H Ashirifi I - Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo

The strength of the Kingdom lies in her capacity to mobilize and marshal the crème d’ la crème of the human resources at her disposal to create a formidable team of loyal competent professionals to manage the Kingdoms Continental portfolios of the Federation Kingdoms Imperial Central Government, Ministries and Agencies.

This team of Africans, including Africans in the Caricom Regions and Africans in the Diaspora provide the nexus to deriving the best from the Continents human resource.

This team working closely with international partners in the various prioritized areas of strategic importance will help to apply the relevant human and material resources to Africa’s advantage.

Such an umbrella system of African, Caricom and African Diaspora intellect and industry coupled with African Kingdom Federation leadership, African Union support and participation at intra-regional, trans-national and international levels will provide a platform for tackling Africa’s challenges in a more holistic fashion.

Building directly on an Africa philosophy and vision of self reliance, capacity building and strategic intra African integration and cooperation, Africa will present to the world business and commerce platform a new and more viable partnership and potential in addressing her global challenges.

Hitherto in the more recent past, the African Royals have been sidelined as non political leaders and in the process their profound influence in mobilizing their citizenry for development has been often not harnessed.

Ownership as a concept of development became a blur illusion and many Africans felt left out and totally ignored in terms of stakeholder consultations in fashioning priorities of development.

Often times the people were informed by a top down handing over of programs and projects that had little or no bearing on their felt needs and priorities.

Africa’s strength and power lies in her resilience, diversity of cultures and her rich mineral wealth.

Africa’s ancient leadership of Royals commitment to the welfare of her citizenry gives her a pride of place as the oldest and most profound of cultures and civilizations.

Her influence in modern day global enterprise is not compromised as she still holds the biggest material and mineral resources of the world.

In building on the collective wisdom and potentials of the African Continent, Africa stands to reposition herself in the long turn or run into a worthy partner in the global economies of the world.

To this end, the African Kingdoms Federation Supreme agenda is to harness all tangible assets and strategies as one collective Federation so as to maximize the benefits of better and more viable economic policies, international and political partnerships that will yield equitable benefits to the continent.

At the heart of the Kingdom; The ethics of African Kingdom Federation leadership lies in developing youth leadership schemes that bring together all the various collective cultures of the African Continent to share and experience the vast cultural diversities of the Federation.

At the heart of the scheme is the need to engender in them a sense of pride in being special-African. In this direction an Assembly of Princes and Princess will be established to promote African excellence.

Diverse skills and leadership programs will be promoted to build and sustain the African personality and sense of pride.
