Facts, Questions and Answers about African Rulers, and the African Kingdoms: Part 4
How
come so little was known about the African Imperial Empress before? With exception when dealing with International
Governments which is in most cases an internal formal or informal exchange, African throne Royals are in general rarely heard
of outside of Africa, by the general public. The Imperial Empress is internationally known and recognised by the International
Governments, but not known by the international general public. There is very little global general public interest for
African Royals or Kingdoms, there are 1000s of African Royals however less than 5 are internationally known! The Imperial Sovereign became known to the general public due to the international
work for the Kingdoms, with the IHF. And actually needed to prepare for several years before allowing to be publicly
photograph, due to the strict Kingdom tradition. The Imperial Empress is as well not very particular about public attention, and has a preference to work privately
and in isolation, the standard 18-20 hours year round seven days a week work days. In fact it is very rare even within Africa
that the Imperials of this level are ever seen formally outside of immediate throne obligations with the Empires highest hierarchy or dealing with Internal or International Goverments, on
the very rare occasion that such is public. They are viewed as sacred, and once they are on the throne rarely
leaves there respective Palaces or Residences, most appointments are kept internal. This has been slightly changed to address the Kingdoms Development Agenda
for Africa. The Imperial Sovereign can be as such informally standing next to a stranger, or having a spontaneous chat with someone on the few
occasions that the Imperial Empress is out, and they in 99% of these cases have no idea, except the equally informally
dressed surrounding staff of course. The North-African Nubian descendent Imperial Empress spent the past 20 years in
Europe, travelling back and forth occasionally to Africa, living a quiet, simple and secluded life in North Europe, working
on the Kingdoms development Agenda and raising the Imperial Empress now adults 3 children. All matters of Africa were delegated until the Imperial Empress was ready to address
fully all matters of the throne and in particular the goal of the Imperial Empress, developing Africa for the People. The
Imperial Empress formally took control fully of throne office in its entirety again on 01.01.2000. From 2000-2002 the Imperial
Empress worked on finalising the Agenda and the Empires Governmental Internal badly needed re-structuring, from Europe.
In 2002-2004 the Imperial Empress
travelled by car for security 370,000 klms promoting the Development Agenda to build support including in: Holland, Germany,
France, Switzerland, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Austria then remained in Switzerland from 2004/5 until 2007 in preparation to
formally return to Africa. In mid-2007 the Imperial Empress in full
duty return to Africa formally. Alongside throne duties, the Imperial Empress organised within the first 4 months
of return organised the African Continent Kingdoms 1st Annual Summit, and arranged the first massive participation
in the AU Anniversary Celebrations by the African Kingdoms, after invitation of the Imperial Sovereign and Kingdoms by the
Libyan President to formally attend the African Union Nations Anniversary Celebrations in Libya, in September 2007. The Imperial Empress thereafter re-structured the Empires
Internal Government as per 2006 Imperial Decree, appointing the Empires Government, Cabinet and Supreme Assembly, and is at
present addressing the internal Cabinets formation selection. The Imperial Empress then had with the IHF team the
Imperial House NGO formally established in October 2007 after 6 months of prior preparation, to address step by step the regional
execution of the decades of planning of the African Continent Kingdoms development Agenda, accomplishing the decades awaited
and worked for part planning to help Africa. Outside of that the Imperial Empress in accordance to tradition rarely makes
non-Kingdoms formal or informal appearance, does not socialise outside of the Palaces or Residence, also whilst travelling,
and spends most the Imperial Empress time addressing internally the matters of the African Continents Kingdoms. Matters of
privacy of Kingdoms Royals are ever revealed publicly, only some matters in relation to throne duty and responsibilities that
are not of a Kingdoms internal, or classified nature. Does the Imperial Empress Rule as well Royal Kingdoms
directly or only the Collective Empire of Sheba Imperial Empires, the Empire Government and Empires Royal Kingdoms? Yes. The Imperial Empress rules as Sovereign all of the Empire as
a collective unit, but has as well the Imperial Empress direct Empire Royal throne, that throne is the Pinango and Abron Empire
Throne directly, which is a Major Empire Kingdom throne and the Empire Kingdoms regions which is as most of the Empires cross-border
through two West African countries. The Emperor of Pinango and Abron Empire is H.R.M Emperor Kouadjo Yeboua Adou Bibi II.
The Imperial Empress Pinango and Abron Empire formal throne name is H.R.M Empress Abena Nyamtché I, but called Queen
Abena Nyamtchè I. How
come the Imperial Empress Crown is so much like that of ancient Egypt? Egypt, Nubia and ancient Libya (pre-Byzantine) had the self-same ancient beliefs, reflected as
well in the Crowns; there was never a difference, only each Dynasty made a few minor changes, this Dynasty has a Queen Cobra
that is poised to strike. They all have a sacred meaning in particular the throne, and has been the Sheba Empire Throne Crown
of our Empire since its dawn, in the time of our ancient lines of the Annu Temple of Anu, and thereafter until today, only
used in sacred ceremonies or formal occasions in representation of the Imperial Empire Throne. Actually the pictures seen
internationally are the first in 100s of years that was allowed to be publicised outside of the internal Kingdoms realms,
and this due to the very special occasion of the African Union Celebration and 1st African Continent Kingdom Annual
Summit. How is throne succession, is one
of the Imperial Empress Children the Future throne head? That is an internal Empire decision by the Matriarch and
Throne Elders and not strictly by natural ascension, the follower can as well be chosen from within the family lines, and
is never before informed until after the throne has been formally ascended internal, it is then publicised or celebrated with
and Out-dooring Ceremony introducing the new Throne Head from amongst the bloodlines throne heirs. |

. How Big is Africa? The African Continent is the second Largest
Continent in the world and is approximately 3 times the size of America. The African Continent is large enough to contain:
Europe, China, America and Alaska. (Illustration Map. Boston University-ASCOP) How
many National Countries are there in Africa and African Union? There are 53 Countries on the African Continent,
54 if one counts Sao Tomé and Principe separately. 32 of these Countries formed the OAU in 1962 on the Eve of post-colonisation,
they were the first let us say freed Nations. Zimbabwe was the last, and freed in 1980 through its then young freedom fighter
Robert Mugabe the present President. In 1999 there was a call from Libya to Unite
all the African Nations, that was finalised in 2002. Thus forming the 53 African Continent Nations African Union. How
old is the African People / Civilisations? The Oldest Human fossils found was in Africa and was approximately 6.3
Million years old. The First Civilisations and oldest in the world was and is, the Nubian Civilisation in Africa. How
come so little is known about African Empires and Kingdoms? Firstly there is a historical misunderstanding
about Africans, the term African is new, the original terminology and ethnic name of the black races are Nubians, born of
the very first civilisation. The name Africa is equally new. The Tribal Names are the names of the root fore-parents of that
respective Branch or lineage. The term Nubian-Nubians are the Nubians that were and still are, domicile
within Nubia proper in North Africa, or the ethnic North African Nubians. The branches that migrated and settled forming the
African Nations was later identified by there Tribal Family line branch names and no longer by the correct ethnic Race names.
As such the assumption that the Nubians all died, that is impossible, that means or translated to every one of Black ethnic heritage no longer exists. The direct
Nubian lines are as such the lines of descendent Nubian-Nubian of Nubia, or North African Nubians, the Tribal Branches there-from
covers East, West, Central and Southern Africa in ancestral descendents. You are of ethnic Race a Caucasian; we are
of ethnic race Nubians. The terminology Black and Negro were used to identify us by Europe. You
are of our last migrating Nations whose generations had settled in Asia, that left through Asia over the Iran Plateau before
the Great 2nd Ice Age in our history and was caught about 200 years in the Caucus during that ice-age, there your lines and
features changed. Some returned and settled in the East others went further North formng the Northern Nations of today, Humanity
is one. The ethnic features within the different regions and Tribes easily identifies the respective
branches, whose similarities in Tribal features as retained through inter-marriages over generations within the Tribes,
they are far more than abstract tribesmen they are genetically related, and ancestral root is Nubia. Thus
our Nubian Empire and Kingdoms of the ancestral North African region was equally no longer identified with inner Africa, the
Tribal names were assumed as the ethnic names. The Empire Kingdoms were referred to as Tribal regions, or villages and our
Kings and Queens of millennium old Royal Lines the very first in existence, village Chiefs during the post-colonial era. There was
very little interest for African Kingdoms and African Royalty; in addition most of the African Kingdoms in post-colonial history
were still referred to in the derogatory as Village Chiefs of Chiefdoms and not correctly as Emperors/Kings/Queens of
Royal lines millenniums old. During the
colonial era not much deep research was done as well due to the language barriers, the assumptions that were thus
made, change the face of Africa’s history. Incorrect historical records from outside
of Africa as well, has contributed to that error, our
ancient Nubian Empire is well known but spoken of outside of Africa in the past tensed because it is understood as being in
the context of the pre-colonial placed borders. All outside of those borders simple did not exist, our Blood lines connection with Egypt simply ignored. Reflection of that is within the International and African
Curriculum that was as well non-Africa based, contributed to the little known about the African Continent Kingdoms and
our Empires, blanket by passive disinterest from within Africa to change it, there was no need, the Kingdoms enjoys best there
solitude from the outside world after the history of the past half a millennium. In 2007 the Imperial Sovereign formally decreed that the reference
of African Royal bloodline throne Kings and Queens as Chiefs was forthwith abolish, they were to be referred henceforth by
there correct ancestral Royal throne titles of King or Queen, with exception and with full respect of those of non-Royal
bloodlines elected or appointed as a district or regional Chief of a respective community. Though some of the African Royal Kingdoms were heard of, less than
a handful, it was during 2000 - 2008 with the changes brought in by the Imperial Sovereign for better recognition
of the African Kingdoms and the Kingdoms IHF portfolio and the IHF President Crown Prince David D. Diomande international
work, were more and more attention paid to the African Kingdoms in general, and steadily growing. There are many Nubian Organisation set up over the years to fight for the Rights
of Nubian in parts of Africa that are suffering greatly, what is the Imperial Empress doing about that? Most if not all of these organisation are in out listing and there respective regions and problems, will be
independently address within the Kingdoms Nations Agenda, they are well recognised by us, they are our People. Is
Her Imperial Majesty available? No. Her Imperial Majesty does not date. African
