Imperial Matriarch H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah lll Proclamation to the Federation Asere - Kpakpatsewe Quartey Ruling Royal House Elders in 2009

My Elders and Cabinet on the Throne of the Ancestors, may you live long I greet you and extend blessings of the House of 'Ra - Kpakpatsewe to our,  Guest, you are welcome. My Kings and Queens, Elders, Cabinet and Court it is for us to carry the people of the Nations of African, not the people our Children to carry us. Rule with wisdom and honour. My People this say the Throne of our Ancestors, hear well my voice, and heed well my words.

My people, let it be known and understood that the primary responsibility of the thrones of Africa must be focused on and towards development within the respective African Continents Kingdoms Regions as a major step towards the Trans-African Nations internal Districts, Regional and National Economical, Commercial and Social Development and internal growth and stability as a collective. towards Democracy and a united and Empowered Africa by a stronger global economy as a Nation, as a People. Thereby executing by actions of the People with all the People, the eradication of Poverty within the African Nations in and outside of Africa. .

Know this there are 195 countries in the world, of which 192 are member states of the United Nations. Of those member states 54 are African Continent Nation-States. Of the remaining UN Nations 51 are African early migrants and Post Colonial Era diaspora formed Nations in the Caribbean, Latin and South America, Australia and Oceania, and most of these States though not all of these States are within the third world mapping.  Within the remaining United Nations member States, we see a rise in the African ethnic minorities, through large-scale migration out of all of these Nations, in particularly to Europe and North America. In the USA the African-American population Nation  forms 12.3% of the population. In Britain the African-European Nation forms 24.8% of the ethnic population, and so forth throughout and within Europe, Middle-East and Asian States of the United Nations. Our people are en-mass leaving the respective global birth Nations and in most cases for the selfsame economical and social limitation, as within their Motherland Africa.

The European Union, the USA and United Nations has traditional invested the most Aid and Funding into Africa. These Nations with the present global economical climate cannot allow themselves to focus as we would like them too on supporting the African Nations internally, when there own National Household ecumenical stability is in trials order due to the global financial climate. The UN itself is not immune to the trial and tribulations of the present global economical and financial climate.

Of the UN 192 States over 100 are Third-world ethnic African/Black Nations, and/or Minority African-Ancestry Nations population. All, needing desperately the selfsame support that Africa seeks.  We do not hold the monopoly and rights to global funding, to our Continent disregarding that there are equally as much other nations in need of major assistants to combat weak Economies and Poverty, it is not right.

My People understand well, it is up to Africa to change Africa. And with that use our massive wealth of resources to support and assist the worlds third-world Nations for we know as no other the aches and pains, trial and tribulations of poverty in all its facets and forms. Know well poverty is an economical condition, change the economical conditions and we will cure poverty. Move away from blame throwing or thoughts of marginalisation on any grounds, or ethnic difference.

At present all the globe has a problem. It is written when all doors close another is made open, there will come a cure for Africa, have faith in ourselves and act on physically realising and-creating, the change. We cannot again and again generation after generation call for a change while we wait, it is for us to be that or any change, for this or any Nation, shall not become.

With all the major donor Nations having as well problems and over 100 African or African affiliated Nations to support, we as a collective Nation, must stop complaining, stop talking about all that the worlds leadership of governments are doing wrong and use its reflection within the light of wisdom to create that what is good, by learning, understanding, appreciating and respecting in and by our actions as well the pendulum characteristic reflection of power, by exercising as a leadership and nation, our rights and choices wisely, the Governments are the People as well we are one, and with that have a responsibility to build and support the other.

We equally as well, must take lessons from the positive examples of Economical and Social Stable Nations. Learn from the culturally unified and interactive governmental political social infra-structures and unified actions of Europe the culture of positive tolerance of cultures and liberty and rights of the people, learn from the USA the strength and power of courage and conviction of purpose, in its laws in respect of its people that ''no man be left behind'', let no one be left behind on our road to development and change in Africa. Let us learn from Canada global humility and respect of all Nations and Nature. Let us learn from Asia and the Middle-East the respect of tradition and culture. Let us learn from the Caribbean, Caricom Nations, Latin and South America and the America's to celebrate our people, our varieties of cultural heritage, common-shared history, present and unity in purpose. Let us learn from the United Nations its examples of organisational infra-structural support and security of its family member Nations and States.

But let us first remember who we are; what it means to be an African as we in humility, and pride bow to our ancestors of today and yesterday by learning from our and we the ancestors of tomorrow, our history of the strength and character of we as a People, a people of great strength, of courage, of perseverance, of vision, of humility, and of history. See with truth and clarity who we are today, who we were yesterday, what we have become, and whom we the descendant's and thrones of the ancestors must become and reflect again in our future history, for it is of such inherent importance, to our pride, self-esteem and integrity as the People, of mankind's oldest Nation. Our People deserves nothing less, and our people, are all the People, from the grass-root to the branches at  the tree-top, to the seeds carried by Africa's early migrations winds and the seeds taken and carried from our Nations by the Flagships in sail with the wind, from our shores.

We must too, remember and learn from our own examples an action of that self-same power pendulum of strength and weakness - weakness and strength in our choices, actions, and reactions.

Let us honour; our and all Nations positive actions and build on that, let us as Federation honour by action of interactive working support; our in 1962 formed OAU, our in 1975 formed ECOWAS, and 1999 formed A.U, and strength as a nation by our actions as Federation, and as the leadership of the Kingdoms, support our Unified Nations African Union, African institutions and Organisation, for they too are the people and of the people. This must be done, towards the fulfilment of the vision and goal, with, for, and by the African Nations, from the OAU to the AU to its Nations Kingdoms, in unity with the Nations outside towards progress and global stability.

We must guide and move our people forward into the future, in confidence for we have been tooled with the wisdom of the knowledge of right and wrong of our Nations, and that of our own choices, for it is we that are charged as thrones with the responsibility and care of the Nations, we are the custodians, we are the caretakers of our people, for we are the parents of the tribes of Africa, it is we that must answer to history, and it shall not be based on what any one else did in the past, but our own educated actions, choices and lessons learnt from that past in this the present, that the future of Africa will be formed and become.

My People, Cabinet Elders and Court heed well this proclamation and let us aim towards its realisation, in honour of our Ancestors, ancestral Nations, and Throne, May Wisdom be your guide and prosperity be the fruit of your labour''. .... (Unquote Federation Imperial Matriarch H.I.M Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III - Yoomo Guatele Quartey I)
