Mission Statement
CENTRAL AFRICAN NATIONS COMMISSARIAT OF AKF

The Central African Nations  Commissariat of the African Kingdoms Federation is committed, with an unflinching passion to advocate for and ensure a feasible participatory approach to activating the achievement of  the defined goals and objectives of Project Phoenix VII and that of HMS Humanity.

By our development indicators, Africa remains the bread basket and resource base of the world. Thus, Missionaries, Explorers, Scientists, Researchers and Navigators have had to discover the indelible potentials and resources of Africa, which today have rendered developed nations richer, while Africa still grows poorer.

Africa still need the light of Human and Sustainable development, and this should be the primary engagement/task of  African Eye-openers with a focus on Agricultural and Natural Forests Resources. By the practice of colonialism , African Farming communities are still subjected to abject poverty, rendering 70% African Farmers destitute, powerless, voiceless, helpless, underserved, unreached and agro-economically marginalized "Have-Nots".

From all indications, our target populations (Cameroonians & Central Africans)  at  large hold allegiance, respect, honour and  pay homage  to their Traditional rulers (Kings, Queens , Princes, Princesses and Chiefs whom they consider as backbones of Change and a Peoples-led Sustainable Development. With this in mind, African must be ruled and governed by Africans.

It is evident that African Farmers produce much but are void of price determination strength, leaving them unprotected and vulnerable to foreign monopolistic status in Trade, Industry and Commerce.

Africa-led sustainable development can only be achieved and poverty reduced, if African Farmers, Kingdoms, Chiefdoms and Development Actors put in place a collective efforts and strategy to jointly contextualize the Implementation of Project Phoenix VII, whose expected results will go a long way to give the common African an unchallengeable access to Education & Training; Appropriate & Affordable Healthcare; Water & Sanitation; Micro Enterprise & Business Development; Social Welfare; Rural Infrastructure; Food Security; Shelter/Housing; Community Development.

As we pledge and vow to collaborate with all to secure the successful activation/execution of Project Phoenix VII for an indivisible Africa, we call on everyone who reads this Statement of Purpose to rise up from slumber and join us in supporting HMS Humanity, which is poised to protect the present and future African generations.
