Pathways International Foundation was founded by His Serene Eminence H.M. Crown Bishop Dr Kevin Ontoniel Smith from London, UK. H.E. Bishop Dr K. Ontoniel Smith is H.M. Crown First Secretary-General of Nubia-Sheba Nations Imperial COUNCIL of Churches of the Throne of Thrones of Nubia-Sheba and the African Continent Kingdoms Federation Pathways Int. is the non-profit subsidiary of The King's Oracles International. The King's Oracles International Inc. is an organization committed to providing transformational solution services developed for Political Leaders, Diplomats, Dignitaries and VIPs in the Caribbean context. It focuses on holistic transformation through inter and intra personal counselling and remedial ratification. It accomplishes this through prophetic consultations, psychological and psychometrical analysis aimed at gearing clients towards a transformed and purpose driven life. King's Oracles International has facilitated His Serene Eminence to be the Chief Special Advisor to Kings, Queens and other members of royalty; Heads of States; International Diplomats and Dignitaries and other visionaries and high corporate professionals. It was officially opened at the inaugural International Conference of Transformation which was held in May 2011, under the distinguished auspicious patronage of the Hon. Marigold Harding, CD, Custos of St. Andrew, representing the Governor General of Jamaica, His Excellency Sir Patrick Allen. His Serene Eminence Bishop Dr K. Ontoniel Smith made history by being the youngest ordained enthroned Jamaican Bishop in the world and has travelled to over 91 countries around the globe all under the age of thirty. With all these accolades His Serene Eminence seeks to empower other young minds to reach utmost potential through mentorship. Hence Pathways International Foundation was conceptualized. Mission Statement: To bring meaningful change in: personal, business and national affairs by mentoring the minds of today; preserving the future for the youths of tomorrow. Objectives: To promote and instil core values such as: honesty, integrity, diligence and dignity in the lives of youths. To facilitate holistic development through mentorship. Provide training to develop the youths' spiritual, emotional, cognitive, physical, social, moral and entrepreneurial skill set. Transform youths from being the ‘'reactive generation" to the "proactive generation''. To unite and expand the African Diaspora and bring an awareness as to the goals of the organization. To contribute to trans-African Nations peace and Federations unification aims and visions, Develop and maintain friendly relations with the nations of the international community, Support of Project VII Phoenix and further Agenda for Africa/CARICOM Development. In accordance with the fulfilment of this mandate, Pathways International is working in tandem with the African Kingdom Federation, in the thus formed PATHWAYS INTERNATIONAL AKF YOUTH AMBASSADORS. To aid in the Federation's goal of social and economic development and unification of all those of African heritage around the world; Pathways AKF Youth Ambassadors will facilitate holistic development with particular focal points on: Education; Medicine, Health; Sports and Recreation; Arts and Entertainment; Entrepreneurship and Religion, utilizing the skill set of youths for the benefit and enrichment of the African Kingdom Federation and the Diaspora. Incorporating trained professionals of the subsets (such as lawyers, doctors, nurses, athletes and corporate officials, royalty and Government) who will seek to empower youths not only in the area of their gifting and skill set but furthermore, in the true knowledge of their ancestry. Directives: Implement strategies geared towards targeting the development of the minds of the youths. Organize and perform community outreach programmes. Contribute to the development of productive bilateral and multilateral cooperation in order to advance political, economic, religious and cultural relations which are mutually beneficial, to the parties involved Liaise with organizations, societies, private and public companies and NGO's affiliated with the various ‘REACH Programs' to gain sponsorship, funds, grants and advise. Cooperate with international and regional organizations and institutions. About the Conference: This inaugural International Conference for Transformation organized by Pathways International Foundation, the non-profit subsidiary of The King's Oracles International Inc., held under the theme CREATING A NEW SEASON OF WEALTH; RENEWAL AND SUCCESS centred on imparting meaningful breakthroughs solutions to bold, new levels of personal achievement, spiritual enrichment, institutional and business success. Targeted to leaders, visionaries, managers, senior supervisory and executive staff in the public, private and NGO sectors as well as the youth, the Conference will address transformation issues across a broad spectrum: from physical and socio-economic change to business, corporate, institutional and individual success and wealth creation, personal and emotional well-being, mental enrichment and spiritual uplifting. A holistic initiative, the Conference steered participants through a most exciting transformation journey by highlighting critical component such as: Socio-economic change, wealth creation and capital formation needed to create this new this "new season" whether in the sphere of business, national and personal life. Mind and spiritual enrichment with focus on renewal, hope, healing and empowerment; and Personal well-being, family life and commercial skills to tackle adversity, stress, personality challenges, health status and other needs integral to a meaningful life changing experience. All these issues and more were addressed through expert presentations in plenary, panel discussions, workshop sessions and nightly ecumenical "REVIVAL BREAKOUT" services by a world class team of transformation coaches, motivational speakers and miracle workers. The combined outcome of this Conference was to help steer a path to meaningful, fundamental and life-long change by equipping participants with the tools and techniques needed to transform the circumstances surrounding personal and family well-being, socio-economic change, mind enrichment and business success. Pathways Int. is all about TRANSFORMATION!! We endeavour to change the notion of disparity within society to one of unity, as transformation can only be truly achieved once we are on accord. Hence we aim to fuse all the various sectors of society: public, private, commercial, entertainment, scientific, academic, and spiritual and others all coming together to mould the youths on a renewed path of transformation creating their own seasons of wealth through its mentorship programs, projects, outreach programs and ‘REACH Initiatives'. Doris Gordon" Award of Excellence and Merit Educational Scholarship Ø Mentorship Program; Prefects and Protégés membership ceremony. Ø Launch Pathways in Nassau, Bahamas (July 2011) Ø Reach Youth Empowerment Conference (July 15-16 2011) Ø Pathways launch in Barbados (Sept 2011) Ø Pathways Billion Dollar Dream Initiative (Sept 2011) Reach Youth Empowerment Conference (July 15th -16th 2011): The aim of this conference was to promote an awareness of the Pathways International Foundation on a national level with special emphasis on the youths of the nation. The conference sought to provide a platform for the youths to raise their concerns and interact with each other and aimed at fostering holistic development. Pathways International Foundation hosted the Youth Empowerment Conference at the University of the West Indies, Mona, July 15th and 16th 2011. This conference was aimed at uplifting the youths of Jamaica and fostering a season of transformation and renewed thinking in the minds of the young people from being reactive to proactive. The conference also facilitated the launch of our "Reach the Youth Campaign" where youths enlisted for mentorship and training workshops for our different "Reach Programs"; namely: Reach Youth: This program opens up the lives of the youths to being mentored by living success stories and international celebrities and modern movers and shakers, it brings to the protégé at Reach Empowerment Conference individual experts and life coaches who can change their lives. Reach Money: This program presents mentorship in all areas of wealth and job creation. Through discipline of the protégés' mind, we transform them to see that money is a currency that is circulated and never spent. Protégés are trained in accounts, business management and proper money management skills. Reach Remand: This program presents mentorship to those who have been marginalized by being young offenders. It is designed to reintegrate them into society bringing value and transformation to their lives. Reach Inner Greatness: This presents mentorship by re-socializing the youths to develop the creative and cognitive areas of their lives. Youths are transformed through the media of arts, dance, and creativity. Developing their self-esteem, self-image and fostering better cognitive development. The conference ultimately served as the launching pad for our initiative and a platform to enrol the protégés and nephites for training and mentorship for our various programs. At the end of this conference youths were empowered to be better individuals and were enlightened as to the unmatched potential they uniquely possess as individuals and were ready to mentored and trained in the various skills and competencies all aimed at being the future leaders of tomorrow. .
